The Laundress NY has identified the potential presence of bacteria in their liquid detergents. 
We ask that you please discontinue using The Laundress products 

A third-party return and reimbursement system is being set up for any and all recalled product. \Consumers who have already purchased products will be directed to The Laundress website where they will be able to begin the return process. We are still awaiting exact details on the third-party return system and will be sure to communicate with you as soon as we have them.

Please be assured that we are working tirelessly to get you the most comprehensive and up to date information, and to make this process as easy as possible.

An image of the pacifiers with the nipples cut in half on a blank sheet of paper with their order number written on it.

For this process to work, it is imperative you follow the steps below.
Request the following information from your customer:Customer Name
    • Customer Email
    • Order #
    • Proof safe disposal - an image of the pacifiers with the nipples cut in half on a blank sheet of paper with their order number written on it. To see an example of acceptable images, The quantity of pacifiers in the photo should match the quantity of units being reimbursed.
